Further more, we will recommend replacement to achieve reduce cost and shorten delivery time, the replacement components will be check and confirmed by our engineers before we share it with customer, then we will send the sample to customer to test the sample in real machine instead of board's function test. All replacement components are selected from top company in international or China, like Coil-craft, HF, Chip analog etc.
2),Every manufacturing process designed and verified according to 6-Sigma, attached we done for other projects for your reference.
When the project was released, our engineering team carried out process planning from all aspects according to the features of the product, including Nano stencil, solder paste selection, etc. For every small process, each department worked closely to make strict quality control. The product First Pass Yield exceeded 99.5%.
3),After the products assembly, we will do a 100% functional test according to the customer's requirement. If the customer doesn't have it, we will strongly request it. If there is still no required file, our engineer will make a simplified test fixture based on the product's performance and schematic diagram. Each product will be labeled after passing the test, the label including the order number, test worker, produced date for tracking. In order to further make sure the reliability, we will do ICT test, FCT test, aging test, vibration test, etc. besides function test.
