How Can Small Appliance Control Boards Prevent Interference?
There are many problems in the small home appliance industry in China. Manufacturers have different levels of production and research and development, and the price difference is also large. There are also many differences in the small home appliance control board scheme. Small appliance control board is the core of home appliance quality. Many control board manufacturers do not provide corresponding solutions. What are the common small appliance control board solutions?
1. Reduce interference sources and ensure stable operation
Non-linear load is a very wide frequency interference source, especially for non-linear load interference. There are two main suppression methods. One is to start with the non-linear load itself. In order to reduce interference, the quality of the carbon brush itself and the commutator should be guaranteed. At the same time, it is necessary to protect the carbon brushes from having a proper pressure on the commutator. Finally, the base must be fixed reliably to avoid unstable operation caused by the machine.
2.Prevent conducted interference
In order to prevent the conduction interference generated by the control board circuit, a capacitor C can be connected in parallel to the circuit's entry port. The figure shows a simple connection diagram of a capacitor anti-interference circuit. A safety resistor must be connected in parallel at both ends of the capacitor to prevent the power cord plug from being charged for a long time when the power cord is unplugged.
3. Reasonable matching capacitor capacity
The capacity of the appliance control board capacitor cannot be too large, and the filtering performance of high-end capacitors is very poor. Especially the high-frequency performance of polyester film capacitors is generally poor. High frequency response characteristics are far different from those of ceramic or mica.
