PCBA Process Flow
PCBA Chinese means printed circuit board assembly, also known as printed circuit board assembly, that is, on the empty board of the PCB board, it first goes through the SMT and then passes through the production process of the DIP plug-in.
The PCBA processing technology has the following 6 processes:
1,Single-sided surface assembly process: solder paste printing-patch-reflow soldering
2,Double-sided surface assembly process: A side printed solder paste-patch-reflow soldering-flip-B side printed solder paste-patch-reflow soldering
3,Single-sided mixed packaging (SMD and THC are on the same side): solder paste printing-patch-reflow soldering-manual plug-in (THC)-wave soldering
4,Single-sided mixed packaging (SMD and THC are on both sides of the PCB): B side printing red glue-patch-red glue curing-flip board-A and plug-in-B side wave soldering
5,Double-sided mixing device (THC is on the A side, SMD on both sides of A and B): A side printing welding-patch-reflow welding-flip board-B side printing red glue-patch- Red glue curing-turn over-A and insert-B wave soldering
6,Double-sided mixed packaging (SMD and TIIC on both A and B): A side printing solder paste-patch reflow soldering-flip board-B side printing red glue-patch-red glue curing -Flipping plate-A and plug-in-B-side wave soldering-B-side plug-in
