7. It is strictly forbidden to bully employees by disobeying advice, quarreling, conflicting, and bullying employees during work and management activities.

 

8. 14. The workshop is arranged in strict accordance with the production plan, and the production is carefully organized according to the equipment status and personnel of the workshop. The division of labor in production is not separated, and the interests of the team are the ultimate goal. Each production team must complete the production tasks with quality and quantity.

 

15. Employees must pass through the material staff to receive materials, and must not take them privately, and operators must not misappropriate materials. During the production process, the person in charge of each team shall place the articles and materials in the workshop area in an orderly manner, and make a good mark, and there shall be no mixing of materials.

 

16. After the production process is confirmed, no one can change it at will. 18. 19. The employees are responsible for maintaining the sanitation of the working environment, and it is strictly forbidden to spit or throw rubbish anywhere. 20. It is forbidden to bring any items from the company without permission (except for special circumstances that require approval from the leader).
