SMT Workshop Equipment Function Introduction

      All our production line equipment are fully automatic. We choose the models according to our Japan and German customer's suggestion.

GKG printing machine - this model is the best seller over the world for solder paste printing. Quick, accurate, stable.

SPI - automatic testing of the solder paste's evenness,area, height,broken,missing etc. So we can prevent bad solder paste before soldering.

Placer - the new SMT is YAMAHA's newest model, it is the most efficient and precise model. .

Change components – Tecoo unique barcode done in IQC, we use the scanner to scan the barcode to make sure correct components.

Reflow Oven - Nitrogen oven, reduce the Oxidation of board, improving the soldering quality and reliability, reduce empty soldering rate during processing.  

AOI- Automatic Optical Inspection - It use camera automatically scan PCBA, collect the image. The solder joints tested are compared with the qualified parameters in the database, and the defects on the PCBA are inspected through image processing, and the defects are displayed/marked by using the AOI as a tool for reducing defects through the display or the automatic mark during the assembly process.

X-ray - X-Ray helps inspect the Open circuit, short circuit, missing welding of Bottom terminal packaging elements such as BGA,CSP,LGA. It can directly observe the location of the defect. High sensitivity and repeat-ability,  no need to scrap samples. We use X- ray to monitor the production process, not only for post-reflow solder joint inspection, but also for the pre-reflow patch, which can correct the placement position of the components on the board in time to prevent soldering problems occur.

Air Spray flux- the flux are more evenly sprayed, smaller particles, easier to control its height and width.
