What Are The Conventional Requirements In The PCB Manufacturing Process

Publish Time:

The following briefly introduces 8 general requirements in the process of PCB manufacturing.

1. Meet: PCB plus process requirements.

2. The surface treatment has strong anti-oxidation ability.

3. How to see the approximate current size from the PCB file? Look at the thickness of the line, the width of the copper sheet, the size of the via, the line and the copper sheet and the copper exposed in the window, etc. These are all based on the identification of the current size.

A  The current is greater than 0.5A and above, and the size of Via is at least 0.5mm above to ensure the current carrying capacity

B  Copper thickness is required for current greater than 3A and above, generally above 2OZ, to ensure current carrying capacity

C  Thick wires and copper sheets with current greater than 4A and above will generally open windows to expose copper to ensure current carrying capacity

4. It can directly point out the deficiencies in the PCB file, which can be more optimized, such as packaging problems, open and short circuit problems, and via plug hole cover oil problems.

5. High-speed boards have high impedance requirements, and the types of PP cannot be too few, preferably more.

A   Conventional single-ended impedance has 40 ohms, 50 ohms, etc.

B  The conventional differential impedances are 80 ohms, 85 ohms, 90 ohms, 92 ohms, 100 ohms, etc.

6. Clear characters, small size deviation range.

7. Regular board, hope to guide the arc angle when making the board around, so that it is not easy to hurt your hands, scratch, etc.

8. Can add lead-free, anti-static and other environmentally friendly silk screen logos.
