PCB board quality inspection generally includes appearance inspection, connectivity inspection and weldability inspection.I. PCB circuit board appearance inspection standard

1. Whether the surface of PCB board is smooth and level, whether there are bump points or scratches.There is no leakage hole through hole, wrong hole or copper foil around the phenomenon of being drilled.

2. Integrity of wire graphics, cover the PCB circuit board with photographic film, and determine whether the width and shape of wire meet the requirements.There is no trachoma or broken line on the printed line, there is no jagged notch on the edge of the line, there is no short wire that should not be connected.

3. Whether the outer edge size of PCB circuit board meets the requirements.
